“晴空一鹤排云上，便引诗情到碧霄”！在这诗意盎然的秋季，万源城协和双语学校全体师生于2019年9月9日，在大操场上举行了隆重的升旗仪式。In this poetic autumn, our teachers and students held a grand flag raising ceremony on the playground on September 9, 2019.随着进行曲的响起，五位护旗手迈着整齐有力的步伐，走到升旗台。两位升旗手双手庄重地从护旗手手里接过国旗。升旗仪式开始了，在嘹亮的国歌声中，鲜艳的五星红旗冉冉升起、迎风飘扬。全体师生一起高声唱起了国歌。With the sounding of the march, the five flag guards marched to the flag-raising platform with orderly and forceful steps. The flag-raising ceremony began. In the loud national anthem, the bright five-star red flag rose and fluttered in the wind. All the teachers and students sang the National Anthem aloud.国旗下的讲话掀开了第一篇章！全校长和Mr. Martin校长发表了精彩的演讲。全校长勉励全校师生铭记历史，珍惜当下，展望未来。今年是祖国诞辰70周年，70年前的中国满目疮痍，国力衰微，人民生活困苦。在中国共产党的领导下，中国人民实现了由“站起来”到“富起来”，再到“强起来”的历史性飞跃。作为当代的教师和学生，我们要珍惜今天的幸福生活。我们更要努力将自己的家园建设得更加美好！Mr. Martin校长则对新学期进行了美好的展望！他希望孩子们在新的学期确立自己的目标，充分发挥自己的潜力，在新学期遇到更好的自己！Principal Quan and Principal Martin delivered brilliant speeches. Principal Quan encourages the teachers and students to remember the history, cherish the present and look forward to the future.This year marks the 70th anniversary of the birth of our motherland. Seventy years ago, China was devastated. Its national strength declined and its people suffered. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese people have made a historic leap from “standing up” to “getting rich” and then to “getting strong”. 新的学期也迎来了新的老师和同学！来自小学部的徐亚琳老师和Ms .Kerry作为新教师代表上台发言。她们从一位平凡老师的角度表达了自己热爱教育事业，努力做“四有好老师”的愿望。她们愿把自己的青春奉献给孩子的“教师梦”的诉说，引起了台下阵阵的掌声。Ms. Xu Yalin and Ms. Kerry from the Primary School Department spoke on behalf of the new teachers. They expressed their love for education and their desire to be good teachers. Their willingness to devote their youth to their children’s “teacher’s dream” has aroused a lot of applause from the stage.最后，也是本次升旗仪式的高潮环节。8位获得第十一届“协励会”师德奖的老师，在全体师生的热烈掌声下，一一上台亮相。其实，同学们的掌声不仅表达了对这些获奖老师们的祝贺，也表达了同学们对学校所有老师的耐心教导、辛勤劳动和无私付出的由衷感激。Finally, eight teachers who won the 11th Xielihui Teacher’s Morals Prize came on stage one by one with warm applause.
