Magic in School——Wanyuan Pajama Day

When we refer to school dress, most of us will think of a well-planned, neat uniform for students and a serious teacher’s professional suit. Let’s imagine a special day in the classroom and on campus. Picture a magical day. The teachers and students are dressed in comfortable pajamas everywhere in the school. What would this scene look like?

If you can’t imagine this scene, then just follow our footsteps into the SUIS Wanyuan Campus to have a look!

The 27th of September is the annual Pajama Day of our SUIS Wanyuan Campus. In the morning, the children pass directly from their warm “beds” to our campus. All of the kids sing like happy birds. Along the way, everyone looks at each other excitedly, enjoying each other’s pajamas. Entering the classroom, the children can’t help but open their mouths in awe. It is so surprising to see all the teachers dressed in their distinctive pajamas too.

During class time, the “dinosaur” teacher is waving a marker in grand gestures. After class, the elegant “little princess” walks slowly in the corridor. At lunchtime, the canteen is full of food-loving “little pigs”. During reading time, the library is full of “little cats” quietly reading.
