The famous cartoonist, Mr. Tatsuya, gave a special lecture on the 15th anniversary of the books in the “Dinosaur Series” to the readers in SUIS Wanyuan.

△开场前，小读者们已经迫不及待拿着绘本看起来了

        演讲中，先生分享了好多自己的新书，绘声绘色，不时把孩子们逗得哈哈大笑……宫西达也讲起故事来声情并茂，简直就是个活力四射的“孩子王”，让孩子们见识了他的“七十二变”。“呜哇呜哇……”“咩咩咩……”“啊呜啊呜……”宫西达也一会儿变成他绘本里的小鸟，一会儿变成小男孩，一会儿变成蠕动的青虫，一会儿变成肚子好饿好饿的贪吃的小蛇，现场已经完全没有了语言的障碍，宫西达也用他变化多端的语气和丰富喜感的肢体语言带领孩子们走进绘本的世界，沉浸在欢乐的海洋中！

        In his speech, Mr. Tatsuya shared a lot of his new books which were so interesting that it made the kids laugh aloud… Mr. Tatsuya also told the stories to express his feelings very dramatically so that the kids could enjoy the variety of the characters in his books. With sound he made, like “Wow, wow…” “Hey…” “Ah, oh oh…” Mr. Tatsuya turned into a bird in his picture book, and then became a little boy, and later became a creeping worm. After a while, he became a hungry greedy snake. He had no language barriers at all. Mr. Tatsuya also used his varied tone and rich body language to lead the children into the world of picture books and immerse them in joy!

        Mr. Tatsuya often visits different schools. And he extends many praises for the various interactive performances of the students! He thinks of them as impressive young readers!

        随后，在小学部陈洁主任的陪同下，宫西达也先生一行参观了校园，对学校的学习氛围和育人环境大为惊叹，被孩子们展示的作品总忍不住就竖起了大拇指！

        Later, accompanied by Jesscia Chan ，head of Primary School, Mr. Tatsuya also visited the campus and was amazed at the learning atmosphere as well as the educational environment of the school. In addition, he was surprised by the displays of the children’s art works.

        Fifteen years ago, the first dinosaur in Mr. Tatsuya was “born”.

        他希望通过绘本故事把爱和善良传递给孩子们：“因为有爱你的人，一个人可以变得强大；因为有你爱的人，一个人可以变得温柔。”

        He hopes to pass on love and kindness to the kids through the stories of the pictures: “Because of the people who love you, one can become strong; because of the people who you love, one can become gentle.”

        每一个人心里都有一颗爱的种子,即使是粗暴可怕的霸王龙。

        Everyone has a seed of love in their heart, even in a violent and terrible Tyrannosaurus Rex.
