八年级古典戏剧汇演 G8 Classical Drama Gala4月9日晚18:00，初中部八年级“古韵今风”古典戏剧汇演正式拉开帷幕。本次汇演以“千古戏韵，少年风华”为主题，历时一个月的精心筹备，同学们在剧本创作、服装道具设计以及角色演绎等方面全心投入，在语文老师的悉心指导下，最终为现场观众奉献了一场精彩纷呈的戏剧盛宴。整场演出涵盖八个班级的剧目，从《木兰从军》的孝勇之气，到《完璧归赵》的外交智谋；从《桃花源记》的宁静理想，到《鸿门宴》的历史转折；从《西游记》的奇幻考验，到《霸王别姬》的悲壮绝唱；再到创意改编的《新宝玉挨打》与压轴之作《荆轲刺秦王》，同学们以青春的演绎重新激活经典，在舞台之上贯通古今，生动诠释了中华民族精神中忠、孝、勇、智的永恒主题。汇演在热烈的掌声中圆满落幕。这场演出不仅是同学们戏剧才华的集中展现，更是一次深度的文化浸润与精神传承。At 18:00 on the evening of April 9, the Grade 8 Classical Drama Gala “Ancient Charm, Modern Spirit” officially kicked off in the Middle School. Under the theme “Timeless Drama, Youthful Splendor”, the event was carefully prepared over one month. Students fully devoted themselves to scriptwriting, costume and prop design, and role interpretation. With the careful guidance of Chinese teachers, they finally presented a spectacular drama feast to the live audience.The gala included performances from eight classes: from the filial piety and courage in Mulan Joins the Army, the diplomatic wisdom in The Jade Returned Intact, the peaceful ideal in Peach Blossom Spring, the historical turning point in Banquet at Hongmen, the magical adventure in Journey to the West, to the tragic finale in Farewell My Concubine, as well as the creatively adapted New Beating of Baoyu and the grand finale Jing Ke Assassinates the King of Qin. Students revitalized the classics with youthful performances, connecting the past and present on stage, and vividly interpreted the eternal themes of loyalty, filial piety, bravery, and wisdom in the spirit of the Chinese nation. The gala ended successfully with warm applause. This performance was not only a showcase of students’ dramatic talents but also a profound cultural immersion and spiritual inheritance.

Bilingual student guides introduced the campus to visiting parents in fluent English. The Academic Director delivered a special curriculum briefing session, comprehensively presenting our school’s academic framework and educational strengths. Amid a warm and orderly atmosphere, the event concluded successfully.
