——万源城协和双语学校七年级探险少年拓展活动

019年12月23日早上，三辆载满了万源城协和双语学校七年级师生的大巴车缓缓驶离学校，向嘉兴进发。

车外初冬瑟瑟的寒风裹着细雨，车内同学们却个个热情洋溢，时时传出阵阵欢声笑语。大家充满了对未来三天拓展活动的憧憬，抑制不住对营地集体生活的兴奋。

On the morning of December 23, 2019, three buses full of seventh-grade students and teachers from SUIS slowly left the school and headed for Jiaxing.

The cold winter wind outside the buses was wrapped in drizzle, but the students in the buses were all enthusiastic, and there was usually a burst of laughter. Everyone was full of longing for the after-class activity in the next three days and could not restrain the excitement of the collective life of the camp.

两小时车程，我们到达了美丽的梅花州景区。还没下车，同学们就纷纷发出赞叹，一个个兴奋不已，细雨迷蒙的梅花洲，展现出江南水乡特有的柔美。

古时梅花洲，水道阡陌纵横，地形如同五朵花瓣，因而得名“梅花洲”。这里曲径通幽，小桥流水，处处映现出江南水乡的清幽。

After two hours by bus, we reached the beautiful Meihuazhou Scenic Area. Before getting out of the bus, the students have repressed admiration one after another. Meihuazhou drizzled with rain, showing the unique softness and beauty of Yangtze River Delta.

In Chinese, “Meihuazhou” means “plum blossom wetland”. In ancient times, Meihuazhou was named as that because of its crisscross waterways, and the terrain that looks like five petals. The winding path is quiet, the brook beneath bridge is flowing, and the tranquility of the Yangtze River Delta is reflected everywhere.

在营地迎接我们的是负责这次拓展活动的教官们，他们身着迷彩军装，个个英姿飒爽，发布号令时威严认真，声音气势如虹。到达没多久，训练场上就响起一阵阵齐整的脚步声，一声声响亮的口号声……梅花洲那独有的江南韵味，让活动悄然拉开了帘幕。随着教官一声“开营！”的命令，第一天的活动开始了！

We were greeted at the camp by the instructors who were in charge of this activity. They were all dressed in camouflage uniforms, all of them were cool and handsome, and they issued their orders with dignity and seriousness through their astonishing voices. Not long after arriving, there were sounds of neat footsteps and slogan on the training ground. The unique charm of Meihuazhou opened the curtain quietly. With the instructor’s command of “Start Camp”, the first day of activities began!

DAY 1

最有挑战性的项目非“空中单杠”莫属。同学们跃跃欲试，有的短短十秒就攀爬上了“空中单杠”，但想要站稳在空中，那是极其具有挑战性的。有些同学纵身一跃精准的抓住了单杠；有些同学在柱子上摇晃不停，无法找到重心；还有的同学心里早已打起了退堂鼓，默默退到了队伍的后面，但最后也在同学、老师和教官的鼓励之下勇敢挑战自我，哪怕双腿瑟瑟发抖也坚持站了起来！为勇敢点赞！

“钻电网”和“齐眉棍”。这两项活动都要求小组成员向着共同的目标一起努力，才能完成；同时大家需要不断的相互交流，根据团队的要求调整各自的动作，并且和其他成员保持一致。这就是齐心协力的真正含义吧！

DAY 2

不知道是不是因为平安夜要到来的缘故，第二天的活动特别丰富：大家一起制作了简易担架、油灯和过滤水的装置，还收集了各种野菜，一同观看了皮影戏。大家在辛勤的劳动和甜蜜的收获中，感受到了团队的凝聚力和战斗力。

下午，每个连队都捧着一大盆五颜六色的食材，走进了阿宝家，村长家，小芳家，大家要回归淳朴的乡村生活，要在农家的厨房里大显身手，做一顿“农家乐”！开始准备了，同学们各有各的任务，洗菜，切菜、烧火、主厨、洗碗……同学们沉浸在淳朴乡村的浓郁氛围当中。当丰盛的晚餐摆在了大家面前，连我们自己都有点不敢相信，这是我们的劳动成果！今天还是Christmas Eve，我们自己动手准备了圣诞大餐！

所有的同学围成一桌，享用着自己的劳动结果，都露出了快乐的笑容。

入夜了，梅花洲古镇恢复了原有的宁静。不过，哪里来的歌声？是在开party吗？原来这是同学们举行的盛大的圣诞party呢。表演精彩纷呈，尽兴时，大家齐声高唱，礼堂里荡漾着快乐的音符！这个难忘的平安夜，真的是“嗨”爆了！！这实在是这几天最快乐的时光啊！同学们，老师们，教官们都喜气洋洋。愿大家都平平安安！️

DAY 3

在梅花洲的最后一天，同学们再次以团队为单位，用竹竿，线与橡皮筋制作投石机。两个班互相用已经准备好的水球投掷到对方的地盘，同学们好似走进了电影世界，开始了互不相让的罗马帝国大战！这真的要感谢我们的DT课，教会了我们如何做设计，动手完成一个复杂的小project。看，这就是杠杆原理，只有三角支撑才最稳定，炮弹打出去叫做抛物线……这些物理知识在实践中得到了验证和应用！

如果说战车是小试牛刀，那么冲锋舟就是大boss了！怎么用竹子和矿泉水瓶造出能够承重的冲锋舟？从动脑筋设计，计算材料用量，到动手加工材料，捆绑加固。各个小组都使出了浑身解数。经过紧张的准备，搭建好的冲锋舟需要装载着数十公斤的承重，在小河里完成往返试航，才算过关。不过不要紧张，这难不倒我大协和的同学们，看，我们成功啦！

一眨眼间，三天的探险就此画上了感叹号！在总结大会上，大家看着过去三天的视频，心里甜甜的又酸酸的。相信同学们在三天的笑声中，争吵中，泪水中，脸红中，寻找中，反思中，成长了。相信那些努力和欢笑就像一串串的珍珠，在回忆的长河里，一直熠熠生辉！

Just like in a blink of an eye, the three-day expedition has been over! At the farewell meeting, everyone watched the videos of the past three days, feeling their hearts sweet and sour. I believe that the students were growing up in the three days of laughter, quarrel, tears, blushing, searching and reflecting. Those efforts and laughter are like a series of pearls, which have been shining in the long river of memories.
