在过去的一个学期里,万源协和相继推出了“万源学子 绝不简单”系列报道,一共19位来自万源小学、初中、高中的孩子,在这个平台上,展示了他们学识、能力和志趣,展现了万源协和“多元 平衡 ”的办学特色和多姿多种的校园生活。During the last semester, SUIS Wanyuan has issued numerous articles under the “Versatile Xiehe” column. A total of 19 Wanyuan students from Primary School, Middle School and High School showcased their knowledge, competences, and aspirations. The column also demonstrated the educational characteristics of “Diversity & Balance” at SUIS Wanyuan, as well as its versatile and colorful school life.从本期开始,学校推出“万源教师 绝不简单”系列报道,以此来展现协和教师的风采。Beginning from this issue, we will launch a new series of “Versatile Xiehe” to showcase the qualities and experiences of our outstanding teachers. 钱莉娜老师,中共党员,现担任二年级班主任、语文教师。2019年协励会“最佳师德奖”得主。Ms. Qian Lina is a CPC member, a homeroom teacher and a Chinese teacher for grade two. She is also the Winner of the 2019 “Best Teacher’s Award” of the SUIS Parents Association, Xielihui.“如果我是孩子、如果是我的孩子”——这是钱老师对待学生工作的出发点;而“育才先育德、重视育人的厚度;言教先身教、体现笃行的深度”则是她工作的落脚点。
“If I were a child, If this were my child” – this is the starting point for Ms. Qian to treat students.”Cultivate morality before talent. Pay attention to the thickness of education. Behave well on one’s own before persuading students to behave well.” This is the basis of Ms. Qian’s teaching work.
她善于从学生角度发现问题以提高教育工作的有效性和亲和力;也能够像对待自己孩子一样,自身树好榜样,同时给予学生支持鼓励及严格要求,班级里的孩子对她是既尊重服气,又喜爱有加。努力让每名学生更加全面发展、在校受到除课本知识外更多的教育,是钱老师追求的目标,她把培养学生良好思想品德、规范言行举止等德育事项作为重要的班级实践,引导学生从身边“小事例”悟出“大道理”,强化他们对行为规范的自我约束和自律意识。Ms.Qian is good at considering problems from the perspective of students and enhancing the pertinence and affinity of teaching. Ms.Qian can also treat students like her own child, give them full understanding, encouragement and strict requirements. For this, the children in the class are respectful and like her. Ms.Qian also regards moral education, such as cultivating students’ good ideology and morality, standardizing words and deeds, as an important class practice, guiding students to realize hows and whys from daily matters.作为班主任,除了教学还要管理好班级。在带班过程中,她对每个孩子都倾注了大量时间精力,在跟学生相处、任课老师交流、家长沟通过程中,她善于听取意见,结合自身经验,形成带教方法,实现了“不同学生、相同教育目标,不同方法、相同教育效果”,增强了带教的受众面。班级里,学生遇到学习困难时,钱老师给予鼓励并释疑解惑;遇到争执纠纷时,钱老师主动靠前解决问题。此外,她还在班级里创设了“小白鸽邮递员”、“教室美容师”、“午餐管理员”、“图书馆长”,“走廊监督员”以及“值日班长”等岗位,同学们踊跃报名,每人都能够在参与班级管理和为同学服务的过程中,体会到集体荣誉感,大家紧密地团结在一起,形成了一个温暖的班集体。
As a homeroom teacher, during the course of conducting classes, she puts a lot of efforts into each child’s growth, paying attention to each student’s character. In the process of getting along with students, teachers, and parents, she listens carefully to various kinds of advices, and finally forms individual management scheme for each child. In the class, when students encounter learning difficulties, Ms.Qian can respond to them, give courage and answer questions; when encountering disputes, Ms.Qian takes the initiative to know the truth and find a solution together. In addition, she actively creates posts for each student to participate in and experience success, such as “little white dove postman”, “classroom beautician”, “lunch keeper”, “librarian”, “corridor supervisor” and “day monitor”. These posts not only greatly increase the enthusiasm of the students to do management, but also tightly link the heart of the whole class together.协和教育倡导的“融合中西,和谐发展”的价值理念、万源校区更是倡导“努力为学生提供高品质的、多样化的、个性化的教育”方向。作为语文教师,钱老师理论功底扎实、勤于思考创新。她结合学生认知水平,通过引用古今中外,运用多媒体创设课堂情景,排编课本剧,设置趣味游戏等方法,精心设计教学过程,拓展了授课的维度和丰度,激发了学生学习语文、运用语文的兴趣。SUIS education advocates the concept of “East meets West with harmonious development” and Wanyuan campus also strongly proposes the direction of “efforts to provide high-quality, diversified and personalized education for students”. As a Chinese teacher, Ms. Qian has a solid theoretical foundation. She is also diligent to think and good at innovation. She combines students’ cognitive level, uses ancient and modern Chinese and foreign cases, uses multimedia to create classroom scenarios, arranges textbook dramas, sets up fun games and other educational methods, carefully designs the teaching process, expands the dimension and abundance of teaching, and stimulates students to learn Chinese and Use language interest.
钱老师平时教学工作指导精准、思路清晰;班主任工作虽琐碎,但她依然能够对学生耐心,事事安排周全;和家长沟通及时有效、深得家长喜爱和信任。Winni has very clear teaching ideas and strategies;although as a class teacher,she has a lot of work to deal with for the whole class, she can still arrange everything in detail as well as being nice to the students; she can also communicate with students’ parents effectively, which gets lots of trusts from the parents in her class.

She is gentle and cultivated, winning the love of each student with her love and patience. Low grade students are still young. Ms Qian takes good care of them and pays attention to their every detail.

每天早上看到美美的钱老师,心情就特别开心。她说话很温柔,但是对我们要求很严格,不好的行为、不健康的饮料都是绝对不允许的。Every morning I feel really happy to see our beautiful Ms Qian. She speaks in a gentle way, but she is strict with her requirements for us. Bad behavior and unhealthy drinks are absolutely not allowed.

The leaders here are cordial and sincere, colleagues are warm and friendly. The quality of the students and parents I have contacted is also very high. They always actively support the teachers and educate the children.
