闵行区英语教研活动暨杭州市“新锐教师培养工程”研修班在我校举行

Minhang District Research and Advanced Study was held in Wan Yuan SUIS

10月24日，上海市教委教研室教研员、英语特级教师祁承辉老师、区教研员王梅宝老师、区教研员沈雯晴老师亲临上海市民办万源城协和双语学校参加了闵行区英语教研活动暨杭州市“新锐教师培养工程”研修班活动。杭州市30多位“新锐教师培养工程”研修班的教师参加了此次活动。

On October 24, ‘The New Sharp Teachers Training’ Research and Advanced Study in Hangzhou was held in the lecture hall on the fourth floor of our school. Qi Chenghui from Shanghai State Education Commission, who is the special-grade English teacher, Minhang District teacher and researcher Wang Meibao， Shen Wenqing attended the lecture and gave instructions. More than 30 English teachers participated in the event. 活动中，上海市民办万源城协和双语学校全力校长就学校情况给与会代表作了介绍。小学部陈洁主任对学校的课程做了精彩陈述。

During the event, Principle Quan Li introduced our school and meanwhile Miss Chen Jie , the director of Primary introduced curriculum .

之后陈春娇老师和可爱的孩子们带来了一堂基于KWL阅读策略的展示课。

After that, Miss Sally Chen Chunjiao, together with her lovely children, had an open class based on KWL strategy.

随后万源城协和双语学校说课团队就背景介绍，教材分析、单元整体设以及分课时具体目标和老师们做了交流。

Then SUIS English teaching group members narrated the background, the analysis of text book, overall design of the unit and the goals of each period.

在区教研员王梅宝老师的组织下，来自杭州的新锐教师们纷纷表达了各自的见解，带队杜洁老师高度评价了KWL阅读策略在此次教学中的有效性。最后，王梅宝老师为评课做了完美的总结，并对本次活动的组织给予了高度肯定。

After that, District teacher and researcher Wang Meibao organized teachers from ‘The New sharp teachers Training’ research and advanced study to give some opinions on the demonstration class based on KWL strategy. The teachers gave highly agreement of the effectiveness of the teaching strategy. Finally, Teacher Wang Meibao made a perfect ending of the evaluation and gave high affirmation of the organization.

下午，来自上海市教委教研室教研员、英语特级教师祁承辉老师和上海市闵行区英语教研员沈雯晴老师也来到万源城协和双语学校。祁老师对“小学英语学科的有效教研”做了一场妙趣横生，脑洞大开的演讲。

In the afternoon, teacher Qi Chenghui from Shanghai State Education Commission, who is the special-grade English teacher, and Minhang District teacher and researcher Shen Wenqing also came to SUIS Wanyuan.

首先，祁老师就以提问的方式：“做教研是一件有点？的事”开始了此次研讨活动，老师们纷纷发表见解，活动现场气氛热烈。暖场后，祁老师又以“其实你不懂教研的‘芯’”表达了自己的见解——教研有点“危险”，充满趣味的文字加上祁老师绘声绘色的讲解，深入浅出，让在场的老师们获得了有效教学至关重要的五种教师行为：

Teacher Qi gave us a fabulous speech about ‘effective teaching and research of English in primary school’. At first, he began with a question which was ‘It’s a little… when teaching and research?’ Teachers gave their opinions and Qi gave us his thought ‘dangerous’ in order to lead the five important teaching behaviors.

接着，祁老师提出思考“当我们在开展教研时，我们在研什么”？老师清晰具体地阐述了课程目标，教育态度，教学方式和专业发展四个方面。在场的老师们对这四方面展开热烈互动，而祁老师精辟地概括更给老师们指明前进的方向。一个个实例和视频，让在场的所有老师收获颇丰！

Then Qi made teachers think of the things we research. All the teachers brainstormed and Qi gave us an idea to consider: Everyone gained so much after this fantastic speech!
