劳动节假期刚结束,万源协和双语七年级先锋班的学生们便迫不及待地出发前往梅花洲景区参加第六季探险少年活动,四个班的同学分成八个小队,大家都十分积极地参与了活动,让我们来看看他们的精彩表现吧!
# 物非人是
清风拂面,碧水照心。和六年级时的艰苦的基地环境相比,今年的梅花洲简直就是一个天堂。孩子们觉得能在如此优雅的环境里军训是一件无比幸福的事情。然而令他们更加兴奋的是,刚一下车迎接他们的是一张张熟悉的脸庞:教官还是原来的教官。既亲切又陌生,因为他们似乎比去年还要严厉,但是因大家都成长了许多,都以平静的心情接受着教官的命令——进入会场保持安静,端正坐姿;吃饭前没有命令就不能坐下,吃饭时讲话的那一桌都要站起来,吃饭后不能随意离开座位;在宿舍里所有物品都要按规定去摆放,熄灯哨吹响就必须关上灯睡觉(查寝的教官会时不时地巡逻一圈)……
# 我们是一个团队
同学们在第一天下午进行了扎竹筏和制作罗马战车的活动。经过团队的努力,在八个小队中有两个小队扎的竹筏能浮在水面上成功承载和成人等重的石块,其他小队的竹筏都成了“潜水艇”。
在晚饭后的总结会议上,各队队长和队员对自己的不足进行了总结:在活动中,有些队员无所事事地站在一边,看着其他队员忙这忙那,或者和其他人闲聊打发时间,队长们表示这不仅是队员的问题,更是队长人员分配不合理导致的,除此之外还有设计方案不合理、制作中突发情况应接不暇、材料分配不均衡的问题,这些都是同学们的不足之处。大家通过反思收获了经验和成长的感悟。
马教官也对活动进行了总结,他提出了“团队荣誉”的概念。每位同学作为一个小队中的一份子,身上肩负着维护这个团队荣誉的责任,这责任不仅是个人的,也是整个团队的。也许队员们之前并没有多少默契,但正因如此,才要更多地和队友交流沟通,同时反省自身:为什么我在活动中没有事干?为什么我的设计方案并没有被采纳?在反思中努力进步,这才是一个新出炉的团队应有的“磨合”,在磨合之后便是默契与成功。
第一天的会议起到了作用,在第二天早上的拓展项目中,大家可都拼尽了全力!同学们在颠球的过程中学会了默契和交流,更在高空断桥和攀岩项目中对自己的极限发起了挑战!对所有有勇气挑战自我的同学们说一句话:BRAVO!
下午的活动是重头戏,每次探险少年都逃不开“做饭”二字。在上一次活动中,大家自己采购食材,在野外架锅烧柴,结果做出的不是疙瘩就是煤炭,这一次我们有了屋子还有了灶,更有了教官提供的食材,再加上六年级时积累的经验,大家兴致勃勃地分配好了各自的工作,撸起袖管开始做饭啦!切菜的切菜、洗碗的洗碗、生火的生火,每间屋子里都是一派繁忙又充实的景象。
主厨们忙着烧菜做饭,其他同学忙碌着帮主厨递碗换水,以其中一个小队为例,他们除了番茄炒蛋、土豆烧肉、炒青菜、炒蘑菇等等之外,还抽空煮了碗南瓜豆腐汤,还蒸了个蛋。这些照片被老师拍下来发给了家长们,家长们纷纷惊叹:“这是我的儿子 / 女儿做的吗?!”
不仅如此,通过实践,大家领悟到一些关于土灶烧菜的要领,比如:土灶的锅比正常的锅圆许多,因而必须在炒番茄炒蛋时加更多的油;灶的锅容易出现不干净的污渍因而必须经常换水的问题。半天下来,大家终于尝到了自己做的饭菜,每个人都不禁露出了自豪而满足的笑容。
# 天青色等烟雨,而我在淋雨
大家在欢乐中迎来了第三天,可惜天公不作美,下起了淅淅沥沥的小雨。早餐后,小雨变成了中雨,但同学们还是披上雨衣在园区里穿梭着进行了定向拓展活动。
大家一起制作了简易担架、油灯和过滤水的装置,还收集了各种野菜,最后一同观看了皮影戏《哪吒海》,“小娃娃”至此成为了一个大家心照不宣的“梗”。
虽然大家全身都已经湿淋淋的,鞋更是因为灌满了水而重得像个铅块,但同学们的内心确却是充实的,因为大家懂得了团队的重要性,领悟了“先苦后甜”的人生真谛。
最终,在不舍和欢喜的矛盾情绪中,大家行李陆陆续续上了大巴,在江南烟雨中离开了梅花洲。虽然第六季探险少年活动正式宣告结束,但同学们增长的知识技能、领略到的风景和一起经历并跨越的困难,将永远留在每一位协和七年级学子心中,成为美好的青春记忆,并成为我们今后成长的养分和财富。
On 3rd May, the Pioneer Class students of Grade 7 set out for the series Outward Bound, Adventure Youth in Mei Hua Zhou, Jiaxing City.
On Day One, students were divided into two groups and they boosted their team spirit by designing their own flags and creating team songs. Afterwards, their instructors told them to make a bamboo raft and a Roman Chariot. The result of this competition reflected the best craftsmanship and tight cooperation within a team. By participating in the activity, students began to realize the importance of maintaining the honour of the team by everyone taking an active part.
On Day Two, students who are brave enough took the High-altitude Broken Bridge and Rock Climbing Project. They showed their courage by challenging themselves up in the sky. Another highlight of Day Two was the “cooking”. Before they started to work, everyone was assigned a job by their group leader. The jobs included cutting vegetables, washing dishes and making fires. Everyone was busy and every room was full. While the “chefs” were busy cooking, other students were busy helping. For example, one of the groups made a bowl of pumpkin tofu soup and some steamed eggs, in addition to tomato scrambled eggs and potato, meat and fried vegetables.
On Day Three, it began to rain. After breakfast, the drizzle became heavier. However, students continued to carry out their activities in the park with their raincoats on. They successfully finished four tasks set by the instructors. They made simple stretchers, oil lamps and water filtration devices. Meanwhile, they learned to identify various kinds of wild vegetables. Finally, they watched a traditional shadow play named Na Zha Nao hai in an ancient building.
The Adventure Youth activity not only expanded students’ outdoor survival knowledge and skills, but boosted their team spirit by enhancing the importance of taking responsibility. Everything they experienced there they will remember forever.
