毕业于华东师范大学学前教育专业和英语专业，复旦大学高级工商行政管理硕士。大学毕业后一直在教育领域工作，迄今24年，曾担任过教师、园长助理、园长、区域主任、上海协和教育中心（集团）理事长，
现任海富国际幼儿园总园长
上海市教育发展基金会协和教育发展基金负责人
中国民办教育协会学前教育专业委员会副理事长
陈晓韵女士成功创办了海富国际幼儿园，并使她成为一种可以复制的商业模式，目前该园已拥有13个直营校区。
Ms. Vivian Chen, graduated from East China Normal University, majored in early childhood education and English, and has an EMBA degree from Fudan University. Ms. Chen has spent 24 years after her graduation in educational field. Her experience includes working as a classroom teacher, an assistant principal, principal and area director, and the Director of the Board for Xiehe Education Organization, now she’s the General Principal of Fortune Kindergarten, Chairperson of Xiehe Education Foundation of Shanghai Education Development Foundation. Ms. Vivian Chen successfully established Fortune Kindergarten, and makes it a reproducible business model – Fortune Kindergarten has developed to thirteen campuses and provides curriculum to SUIS Wuxi and SUIS Wenzhou.
作为复旦戈友会会长，晓韵女神已经连续三年参加玄奘之路全球商学院 戈壁挑战赛，今年她还将以公益大使的身份去为所有院校服务。
As the president of the Fudan Go Friends Association, the goddess Xiaoyun has participated in the Gobi Challenge of the Global Business School of Xuan Zang Road for three consecutive years. This year she will also serve as a charity ambassador for all institutions.
女神还在今年2月25日的东京国际马拉松赛中以3:30:17的成绩 突破了个人记录！
The goddess also broke personal records with a score of 3:30:17 in the Tokyo International Marathon on February 25 this year!
